Lindsay 'Jailbird' Lohan will not be heading to the slammer anytime soon. Like a cat with nine lives, Lindsay plead not guilty to charges of grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California boutique. The starlet claimed that the necklace was on loan to her. Although the judge won't be sending Lindsay to jail, the troubled actress was scolded and told that if she screwed up again she would be thrown in the slammer with no chance of bail. Looks like you better buckle down and stay out of trouble, girl.
